You agree and warrant that:

• You will not impersonate any other person or entity, or use a false identity, when registering or at any other time.
• You are the sole authorised user of your eood111 account. Sharing account credentials with any third party is strictly prohibited.

eood111 permits one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Where multiple accounts are detected — whether intentional or otherwise — eood111 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts. Any bonus funds or free bets accumulated across duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

eood111 reserves the right to close any account, at its sole discretion, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other players. In such cases, eood111 will provide reasonable notice where practical, except in instances of suspected fraud or criminal activity where immediate suspension without notice may be necessary.

All financial transactions on eood111 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). eood111 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay, and direct bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard card transactions are supported subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 BDT via bKash or Nagad; ৳300 BDT via Rocket; ৳1,000 BDT via bank transfer.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallets are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals typically complete within one working hour during BST business hours.
• Identity verification prior to withdrawal: eood111 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above a specified threshold. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawals held pending review.
• Withdrawal to original payment method: Withdrawals will, where possible, be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering measure.

eood111 reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline any transaction where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, eood111 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all associated bets and game outcomes, withhold all pending and available balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.

All content published on the eood111 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of eood111 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices for commercial purposes.
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its content.

• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

The eood111 name, logo, and all related marks, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of eood111. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of eood111. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans that appear on the Platform are the trademarks of their respective owners.

• The Platform or its servers are free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components.
• The results of any game, bet, or transaction on the Platform will meet your expectations or requirements.

eood111's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your eood111 account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude eood111's liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by eood111's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law in Bangladesh.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
